About Silver Dollar Bison Ranch
The Silver Dollar Bison Ranch lies in a fertile 300-acre valley surrounded by old growth forests on the south central Oregon coast.
This untouched watershed hosts many species of native grasses that stay green year-round.
Rocky Mountain elk, mustang horses, and many other native American wildlife species live alongside our free-range bison in this naturally secluded environment.
The year-round creek running through the Silver Dollar Bison Ranch hosts a very healthy beaver family and is spawning habitat for wild salmon, cutthroat trout, and steelhead.
The bison are very content and stay within this quiet, stress-free environment by means of a single, four-hundred foot long, six-foot high cyclone fence.
Our bison are harvested at a young age and in a very humane way to insure the finest quality bison meat.
